Furthermore contained in this latest photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and includes a key labelling various sections of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.
